一、洽谈会简介：
底特律中华商会将于2008年10月30日在北美汽车之都底特律举办2008年度“中国汽车零部件洽谈会”(以下简称CASN)，这将是在北美汽车之都底特律举行的为中国汽车零部件供应商提供技术、产品交流的大型盛会，也是中国汽车零部件供应商直接与美国汽车主装厂和一级零部件配套厂合作的绝佳机会。
本次零部件洽谈及交流活动将为中国零部件供应商提供一个良好的舞台，使其能够在短时间内接触大量国外同行与客户、宣传自身技术项目、寻找商业机会。同时也是美国业界人士了解中国汽车零部件供应商规模、采购寻求信息的良机。中国汽车零部件供应商将实地展出他们的样本及最新技术成果。这些厂商将带来目前正在为中国国内及全球供货的多种汽车零部件，产品涉及机械、化工、电子等各个方面。预计该项活动吸引数百家汽车城当地及外州有采购意向的美方企业参加， 其中包括通用汽车， 福特汽车，克莱斯勒，丰田，日产， 德尔福， 博世等厂商的采购， 经理， 工程人员。
参展厂商的类别以电子， 内饰，外饰为主。 组委会会根据中国厂商的要求， 安排和相关的采购和技术人员进行一对一接触。同时， 在洽谈会结束后， 我们将会帮助有意向的中国企业在北美进一步开发市场营销， 技术交流，物流咨询等相关的服务。
Introduction:
China Automotive Supplier Networking (CASN) is a bridge that connects Chinese suppliers and US counterparts to exchange information, provide updates on products and technology, and pursue business opportunities. It will provide a platform for US OEMs and suppliers to meet Chinese manufacturers and establish better supply alternative. This year, the 2008 "China Automotive Supplier Networking” is going to take place on October 30, 2008, and Detroit Chinese Business Association (DCBA) will be again, honorably hosting this event.

DCBA will invite the industry leaders and government officials from US and China to welcome the Chinese delegates and exhibitors, and address the future perspectives of the collaboration between Sino-US automotive industries. |

Exhibition and Networking展览交流 |
Chinese auto suppliers will be expected to showcase their technologies and products in this networking event. US OEM and tier one supplier management and buyers will visit the booths and discuss business leads and perspectives. |

Supplier Presentation企业介绍 |
The exhibiting companies can elect to participate in the supplier presentations in a separate presentation room with PowerPoint and DVD/CD materials. All the presentations will be pre-scheduled based on products and services. All the presentations should be in English and no longer than 20 minutes. |
参展公司可选择参与企业介绍活动.企业代表将借助于PowerPoint演讲和DVD/CD录像资料,向现场的美国企业管理人员和采购商介绍汽车零部件产品和生产能 力.所有企业介绍将通过删选产生，并用英文演讲。每家企业以20分钟为限。 |

The "2008 China Auto Supplier Networking" will be held at the Metro Detroit.

四、费用 Price
USD$500 per Exhibition Booth 每个展台$500美元
The listed fee schedule covers participation in the opening ceremony, presentation section and networking with standard set-up booth (3x3m2). Additional fees will be charged if special services or equipments are requested. Contact DCBA for additional needs.
所收费用涵盖了参展中国公司参加开幕式，企业介绍，洽谈及展览。任何特殊设备或服务将收取所需的附加费。

Please fill in the attached Chinese Exhibitor Registration Form and send toautowo@gmail.comby August 15, 2008. We will confirm your participation by August 31, 2008 so you can apply the visa application early.
